New Czech Presidential Elections Will Be Necessary

Prague - 2:45 p.m. After three rounds of voting by the Czech Parliament and Senate, neither Vaclav Klaus nor Jan Svejnar received the necessary votes according to the Czech constitution to be elected President. New elections should be held within the next ten days.
